this driver not work in this notebook model, all other drivers are ok

The last modem drivers you say me dont work i dont  know why, but trying any alternative at this time.........

incredible!!!! the original vista drivers for modem works fine in windows xp!!!!

For future references in CQ50-103LA with AMD Processor and Nvidia nforce Chipset, the Windows XP drivers working fine, are follow (download and install in same order) for easy  and dont read an extensive document:
