There is no F11 BIOS posted for your model, which means you will be using a BIOS from another.Use at your own risk!
I totaly agreed with Cheryl.
Please take extra cautions if you installed F11 BIOS!
HP do NOT release F11 officially, however, if I'm not mistaken that BIOS was came from a post in a Chinese forum.
Some of CQ40 and CQ45 models that have intel processor installed F11 BIOS and indeed, it solved the problem.
My recommendation is try to utilize devcon utility.
Unsuccessful attempt of installing BIOS would lead to a fatal damage to your notebook.
Unless you had an advance skill of computer knowledge, please do NOT play around with BIOS.
See post by naveen goel here on how to utilize devcon utility for CQ40 model.
Good luck

Thank you all for your attention, I've just finished installing MS Windows XP Professional SP2 on my CQ45-102TX.
All device is working well.
I have found the way to make my sound work without downgrading my BIOS to F.11.
I made some changes in the "audiopatch.bat", i add some command to call the .exe file in order to install the IDT Audio Driver automatically.
Now my laptop is functioning well.
ps: in the device manager, i still found 1 unknown device, could anyone tell me what it is?
