Drivers of the webcam & USB ports are not found for dv6-1370ev notebook.

I did, I reinstalled the windows &  installed the chipset driver first but still the same thing any other options please ?

I did find this usb driver for your model, not sure what it is for

Other than that driver all I can suggest is to use the HP recovery discs,

My HP DV6 1375 has the same problems, except the problems occured without me doing anything. The USB ports stopped working, then 4 days later, the webcam stopped working. In Device Manager, there is no Imaging Devices, and all the USB ports show code 37.

To attempt a repair, I updated the BIOS to f.46 and updated the chipset drivers, but it still doesn't work.

No, sorry I couldn't find any solution for that & professor said that I have to do the system recovery. Nothing was helpful here.
