Error 0x4001001300001002

Hi!
When i start up my HP Compaq 6720s Notebook PC at first the comes up

F9=Bot Device menu

F10=ROM Based Setup

F12=Network Service Boot

After that. its comes up "press Ctrl+S to enter the setup menu. and it disappear in 2 sec. After that it comes up Press F11 for Recovery 5...4...3...2..1.. and i just let in ran out. Then i come to Hp Backup and recovery Manager. Then i press "next" And the cpu gave me 2 choices. 1=Restore your computer to a specific date and 2= Re-create the factory-installed operating system, Driver and software.

i picked Re-create the factory-installed operating system, Driver and software cuz i don't have any date to reset the cpu to. 

when i pressed Re-create the factory-installed operating system, Driver and software, This error came up "ERROR 0X4001001300001002 Contact Hp:support!

So my question is. How to fix this??

Do you have a set of Recovery Disks burned, or ordered from HP? If so try booting from them to reinstall. If no Recovery Media>> Contact HP to order a set.
