Nothing New added
screen keeps freezing up - especially when using Word

Hi,
The error will either be a Smart or Disk Self Test failure - both would indicate that your Hard Drive is failing and will need to be replaced - this is also consistent with the issues you describe.
If your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange to have the drive replaced.
If you live in the US, contact HP Here.
If you are in another part of the world, start Here.
If you are out of warranty and would like a guide on replacing the Hard Drive yourself, please let me know - include the full Model No. and Product No. of your G72 series notebook ( from the service tag underneath your notebook ) - see Here for a further explanation.

Hi
The failure ID indicate that your Hard Drive has failed and you will need to be replace the Hard drive in order to get the unit back to working condition.
If your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange to have the drive replaced.
If you are out of warranty and would like a guide on replacing the Hard Drive yourself, please let me know.

Thanks! Yes my HP mini 110 -1020nir is out of warranty. Could you please help me by sending me a guide on repacing my hard drive, I would appreciate the help.
