Hello,
Thanks for the reply. I've used 3 browsers and a download accelerator; IE, Firefox, Safari and Download Accelerator plus. The latter is the full version. At first I thought It's just because of my connection. It goes intermittently at times but when It all went well, the issue still went on. I could initiate the DL but after a few minutes it will either stop or freeze. I've downloaded some of the utilities from 3rd party sites like OEM support. Now I need the fingerprint scanner drivers and software manager.
Thanks and I hope you could shed some light on this issue.
Salamat in advance.

Check Your system with
1. antivirus(nod32 online).
2. antispyware (Spybot - Search and destroy)
Informations how to install and use Spybot You will find here.
Which system are You using and with which SP?
How do You connect to internet cable or wireless?
