HELP! Can't find drivers for devices for HP Pavillion dv8000 P/N EX177AV

I have recently wiped my hard drive on above and could not locate the recovery disks.  I have managed to load Windows XP on the laptop but now the following drivers have errored out.

 

Ethernet Contoller

Mass Storage Controller

Network Controller

2 PCI devices

An Unknown Device

Video Controller (VGA Compatiable)

 

I have looked at the driver site on HP and downloaded some of them but none seem to be the right ones.

 

Can anyone point me in right direction?

I was having the same issues, if you have not already found this yourself, it looks like this is actually a "rebaged" DV 8300 (not that it's a bad thing), here's the link for hp's support page for this laptop

Before I started the wipe XP, and reinstalled Win XP, there was a recovery program on the D drive, but after I formatted the C drive (only), there is no longer a recovery section, although the D drive still exists.  Can anyone help?

 

Does anyone know where I might be able to pirchase the recovery discs?
