HOW CAN I RECOVER MY RECOVERY DISCS?

I FACE A PROBLEM WITH MY RECOVERY DISCS .
[DURING THE PRODUCTION OF THEM ITSELF it (RECOVERY MANAGER) TROUBLED ME
WITH ERROR MESSAGES.]

WHEN I TRIED TO RESTORE MY FACTORY SETTING USING THE RECOVEY DISCS,
AFTER THE SUCCESSFULL COMLETION OF THE FIRST DVD(UPTO 37%) ,THE SECOND
DISC DIDN'T PROGRESS.

eRROR CODE:0xe0ef000e

IT DELETED THE OS AND PARTITION AND I HAD TO INSTALL UBUNTU.

HOW CAN I GET MY ORIGINAL FACTORY SETTING AND WINDOWS 7?

CAN I GET ANOTHER COPY OF MY RECOVERY DISC FROM HP?

0xE0EF000E means Copying file/directory failed. I would request you to contact Technical Support and request for Recovery kit in UAE @ 600 54 47 47

thank you vidya. I contacted HP via email and having correspondence with them. hope it'll solve the problem. can i ask you one more thing. now i'm running on an expired windows 7. can i register a trial version using the product key at the back of my system?
