HP Advisor Dock

I have version 3.1. I went into settings but in mine it doesn't have the third line, where you are to uncheck about docking at the bottom. It only has the two lines, where you "Launch at every boot" and "Update Marketing content".

I also have version 3.1 and went into settings and i didn't have the 3rd line also.  So it didn't help me.  Thanks anyway.

OK ... how do I delete the PC Dock ... don't need it, don't want it.  Just takes up valuable space on my desk top.

Hi Zen,

You may uncheck  " Launch Advisor PC dock at every boot" in settings window and Apply, to avoid its presence soon after logging in to windows.

We are still looking for solution to ship dock to top of screen......

I have followed every advice here.......it doesn't work for 3.1 version..........keep waiting for an answer!!!!!........

Hi All,

Today I observed with a PC which was shipped with Windows 7,  HP advisor shipped with the new PC's are of  3.2 version, which has capability of moving dock from Top to bottom and vice versa, 

I noticed "  Locate dock at the bottom of the screen" option, which is really working fine to change location of dock.

I think this is an issue with Hp advisor 3.1 version which has no option of moving HP dock.

We hope for an update for HP advisor for 3.2  version, which can help us to move Dock top or down.

I will update if any such update I find.......

I just took my off of automatic start a while back.  As for the dock on the bottom still havent been able to put it on top.  Shouldn't there be an option for even the side??    Tried to put it up at the top no luck

Oh another thing mine don't have uncheck for the bottom.  I like it there for now but sometimes it can be a pain when you have icons toward the bottom to open.
