HP Cool sense Problem - DV6 6172 - Windows 7 64

Hey,

Yesterday I decided to uninstall HP Support Software, and then I Was not able to use HP cool sense. I read these two software are linked, so I decided to reinstall HP Support Software.

But when I want to reinstall HP Cool sense, I get this error:

Can anyone help me ?

hi vidya, please if u can help me for this case. i did a mistake by installing windows 8 consumer preview evaluation copy build 8250 which is valid till 16 jan 2013 and now i cant reinstall or recover my preinstalled windows 7 hp and the key which is there shows invalid. please if u can help me some recover disc or copy as my laptop doesnt have any recovery tool installed....kindly do something for me as just bought this 2 days back.....would highly appreciate you. regards

Please contact HP Technical Support and order a Recovery kit. You can restore the system to factory settings using the Recovery kit.

please help for windows 7 reinstallation/retrieve....i tried tapping f11 and rebooted many times.....nothing happened...please help to get recovery cds in tanzania.....
