HP Elitebook - Biometric Device not detected

Hi,

 

I recently bought a new HP EliteBook 8560w Workstation. My problem is that my Biometric finger print reader is not being detected. In control panel under biometric devices, I receive the message "Windows did not find any biometrics devices on this computer, You might need to attach your device or install device drivers." I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers in device manager.

 

Any suggestion will be appreciated,
