HP G72-a00 series and BIOS problem

Hello!

I have one question about HP G72-a00 series (especially G72-a20EM and G72-a10EM).

I owned one of this notebook and when I bought it, I install all new SW with all new updates (which includes a new BIOS, ver: F.35 A link).

Install all items without any problems or error, but when I install a BIOS, then my notebook monitor stopped work (I work then with extend monitor).

When BIOS correct instaled (on primary screen is message like "BIOS is correct instaled...."), my pc reboot and monitor stopped work (work only extend screen). So I think, that may be backlight is broken(???). I sent notebook to service. (but is only BIOS update broken; after 45-days I get a new one, beacause, they didn't found solution).

Few days later, I was searching for this problem on the internet and found that same problem have few people (all who update BIOS to newst version-> to F.35 A   (link)).

There one write this: "HP send on the internet bad BIOS update for these series of notebook. If you downgrade BIOS to previously version, monitor must work again. And some users test it (downgrade BIOS) and then monitor working".

So, HP do you fix this update or not (people is just waiting for notebook to get back from services, because they didn't now that)?

Please, respond.

Thanks, Domen.
