HP HDX-16 Fingerprint Problem [ Edited ]

Heelloo.

I just upgraded to windows 7 and the fingerprint sensor Isn't working.  I downloaded all the drivers I needed which worked relatively fine.  However,  I downloaded many different versions of the fingerprint software and sensors and it doesn't work. The software runs fine but tells me fingerprint reader is not connected.  I upgraded from windows vista 64 bit to windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.  There also isn't any fingerprint hardware detected in device manager.

Not totally sure, other than make sure you install all drivers listed under Validity Sensors and DigitalPersona.

As an aside, don't post your serial number (s/n) online. It won't benefit anyone on the forums, and it should be private. Only given to HP Support on the phone or by email.
