Have HP Mini 110 1030CA I installed the SP45888.exe from hp and still can not see the 3g modem I am useing  Wind Mobile sim card, why is't this working?? son of a {Content Removed: Language Filter Evasion}

I have a HP MINI notebook. 110-1125 NR computer and I need to reset the power-on password. I allowed a friend to use it we had a disagreement and now since I have gotten my laptop back it wants this password and HP is asking me to send it to them with 229.00 and another160.00 before they return it. And that's all just for this one time problem. No updates no maintenance but only for this password reset. HP was absolutely very difficult to talk to without there price and they really need to get some new employees and let them have the same info. These prices are the third way different prices I was quoted in the 3-2hr and 28 minute calls in the same evening. Thank u for ur time. Sincerely jm79hot. (Jamie)
