I WANT 2 SAY HP IS TRASH!! MY DAUGHTER GAVE ME A NEW NOTEBOOK PC 4 MOTHER'S DAY (MAY2011) & THE HARDDRIVE WENT COMPLETELY OUT IT'S BARELY 7 MONTHS OLD!!! CALL HP FOR WARRANTY INFORMATION & THE {Content Removed} WANT ME TO PAY $145 JUST SO THEY CAN SEND A TECH TO COME SEE WHAT'S PROBLEM. I WOULDN'T NEVER WANT ANYONE 2 PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF {Content Removed: Language Filter Evasion}! BY THE WAY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH ALSO!!

yes it's true hp tech suport sucks and hp computers suck.
go with a toshiba next time.
stay away from Dell as well.
dell sucks all the way around.
