Hi all,
I looked on HP drivers and there a few number of drivers missing from my notebook, such drivers are:
Bluetooth driver for: Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Adapter (or is this included with the Atheros WLAN drivers?? - if so, it should say so no?)
HP Onscreen Display Display (or is this part of another application? - I want )
Web Cam: CyberLink YouCam (no driver listed)
I think that is all for now!
Why is the list incomplete and some information missing, a user with little or no knowledge would struggle to even pick the right driver, let alone try to download one.
I see the majority of he drivers to download but I'm unsure if they are fit for my notebook.
I ask for as I'm doing a fresh install, so please help!
Thanks,
Danny

Hi Danny,
I couldn't say why the relevant drivers you require are not on your support page, but it does happen.
As for the drivers you require, the latest versions are on the links below.
Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Adapter.
Note: You may find there is an update for Cyberlink YouCam when you launch the application, but this is directly from Cyberlink, not HP.

Hi, Danny:
The Atheros Bluetooth software and driver has to be installed in addition to the wireless card driver.
Below is the link to the OSD utility:
And the Cyberlink YouCam software...
As far as why the drivers are incomplete or missing, you'd have to contact someone from HP.
This is a consumer to consumer forum, so we wouldn't know the answer to that.
