I have an HP Pavilion m9069-sc.a that I am having some issues with, and I am hoping that someone on here can help me:
1. The previous owner had formatted the hard drive before passing the machine on, but the installed version of Vista did not work, and so I used the HP site to find a reseller and order a set of OS disks - however, these OS-disks were the 32-bit version of Vista Home Premium and I need the 64-bit version - how do I go about exchanging this through the HP system?
2. The version of Vista that was on the OS disks was in Norwegian, and I need the OS to be in English (US). How do I change the language of the OS?
3. I would like to download 64-bit drivers for my hardware so that I can install them at my leisure. I have not been able to find 64-bit drivers for my hardware on the HP site - where are they located? Will anyone please link me directly to the download page?
4. I have attempted to find an e-mail address or a web form to get in contact with HP's official support, but have not found one. What is the e-mail address?
I thank you all very much in advance.

HP is only going to supply you with the HP recovery discs that match the original operating system installed at the factory. If you wish to install a 64-bit edition of Windows Vista, then you'll need to purchase it from a reliable third-party vendor.
Example:
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit for System Builders - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8
After installation, visit:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os
to obtain the Windows Vista 64-bit drivers.

I've seen this page before - unfortunately it doesn't have the drivers that this page has - are these drivers 64-bit compatible?
Thank you very much.
