HP QuickTouch problems

My hp quicktouch buttons work fine except for one minor annoyance. I use iTunes to play my music but the buttons don't work when iTunes is minimized, only when I have it open and selected....so when I am browsing the web or playing a game it doesnt work unless I minimize what I'm doing and open iTunes....any way around this? Thank you in advance

I think it's a problem of quicktouch's driver...i hope HP will fix it.
