Hello,
I have a new HP Pavilion dm4-3013cl Entertainment Notebook PC that I purchased from Costco. It came with HP QuickWeb installed and a dedicated QuickWeb button. However, when I try to use it, it says that there are corrupted or missing files. I used HP Recovery Manager and chose to install QuickWeb again (I can see it on the HP_TOOLS (E
drive, however I still get the same issue. Since it runs QuickWeb 3.x something, there is no options for BIOS. Any idea where I can download another copy or if there is some sort of fix for the issue?
My laptop is running the stock Wondows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS and the only modification I made is that I partitioned the C: drive to include a separate drive I use for a 100GB storage (X: drive).
Thank you,
Matt
