HP Support Assistant - Updates Disappear after failing on a G7 Notebook

Hello there. I have an HP Pavilion g7-1075dx laptop running Windows 7 64-bit. I am having a problem getting the HP Support Assistant to install updates. The first time I went to install the updates, it failed, so I rebooted, and tried again. It failed again, and now the updates are not listed anymore in the list in the "Maintain" section of the program, even after I "refresh". Why are they not available anymore to download? I would like to keep everything up to date.

 

I tried installing the latest version of the HP Support Assistant, and they still aren't showing up in the list of updates to download, but they do show up in the "History" as "Failed". I'm really stumped. Please help, and any help is greatly appreciated!

Uninstall HPSA using Control Panel, then re-install the latest version.
