HP Win 7 free upgrade [ Edited ]

Back home from work, checked e-mail, no confirmation yet, checked DHL tracking system, no update yet. En..........so, I just got non-trackable Tracking number and wait for the upgrade kit...........I do not know what else I could say...........

I am yet to receive any mail from Arvato, but just checked the status of my kit and it says it has been shipped. Tried the link to track and I am told that the system can't track the package.

My friend whose package was shipped a few days back is also yet to have any trackings status.

I do not have any ideas. Maybe Arvato only put the labels on the packages but not send to the DHL warehouse yet? Or DHL does not put the tracking information into their system. Or there is a lack between DHL and Arvato, the track number could not match up. Do not know, just wait...........

My upgrade DVD has shipped. I never received an email telling me it shipped. The DHL number provided on the HP status page took about one day to show up in the DHL system.  I still do not have the DVD but it should be here in a day or so.

My credit card was charged $14.00 over the weekend for my "free" upgrade so I assume it has been shipped and should get it in a few days.

I see, maybe DHL does not update their system yet. I will see what will happen on Tuesday. Thanks for Farnk and hope you get your kit soon!

My shipment did not arrive today. According to the Post Office it was "misshipped by the shipper." I called Arvato and spoke with a supervisor who said they knew of the error and I would get my update "tomorrow". What a joke........they cannot even ship the item correctly.

Suprises ya every day how things can go wrong, yet they won't bother informing the customer of anything...

Still in "Accepted" land, even though HP has told me they have provided all the drivers for all models to Arvato.  Approved Sept 28....

Anyone receive a shipment for an HDX 16 laptop?

My order status has been changed to 'shipped' for several days, but the track number of DHL doesnt work either.  Is anyone know the reason? Maybe they want keep customers uninformed all the way to make sure they can provide us a big suprise.

I checked my tracking number, no update. It says:

No Results: If your item was sent recently, the status may not have been input yet. Please allow one business day and try again.

En......just wait..........
