Can somebody please help me with one thing?
my computer HP compaq 6530b are very slow, and I want to reformat it.
what shall I do?

It may be slow because of adware/spyware/viruses. Maybe some virus scans will help. It could be slow because of hardware problems and the format may not help. I would check out both first. Bootable CDs for checking for viruses are:
http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-rescue-cd
http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk
I would go into HP utilities by taping the F10 key and running the hard drive test and the memory test.
