I have the same problem:
Notebook DV2-1110ez with Vista HomePremium and Power2Go (or was it part of Cyberlink DVD Suite?). I've done a clean install to Win 7 HomePremium (with the HP Win 7 Upgrade DVD) and so I've lost the power2Go-Software. Is there a way to (download and) reinstall it?
thanks

You can use Recovery Manager to use the Application reinstall opinion.

I did the clean install too and faced same problem. After trying few forums with no help I tried something. May be this is not the preferred way but your system should have come with C:\SwSetup\CyberDVD folder. In there u can find the setup for dvd suite or whatever came with ur pc. It did not even ask me for a key.

This method seems to be work.
Tried to update my version of Power2Go. The update program suggested I uninstall the program first. When that was done, there was an error which showed up on the screen, telling me it was unable to install. I was left with an empty directory. Not cool!
The program should have an auto update application which would make this problem almost unexistant.
