with all do respect, HP is junk when it comes to building labtobs. I have an HP pavillon dm3 labtob. and trust me, it shouldn't be called a LABTOB, it gets so hot that it's unbearable to put in your lab. I only have had this device for 8 months. Worst decision I ever made, trying to buy the DM3 because it resembles to the apple MACAIR and it its nothing close to it. I don't even use it to watch movies or videos. Just to go check my email and search and it still gets hot in like 15 min, and the radiation coming out of the vents LITERALLY gives me a headache, I can't work on it for more than 30 min cause I will start to get woozy and dizzy. I have the cooling device and always put it in a hard surface in a 45 degree angle. nothing works...HP just doesn't know how to make LABTOBS. Honestly, I think they should have just stuck to printers and desktops.
And yet, it's a very attractive device and it's in good condition, but I dont want to sell it because I have a concious and actually think it will be a health issue for the next person with the amount of radiation that comes out. I don't wish that on anyone. I only browse, if a person is actually uses this labtob for watching a movie or doing high grafic jobs, I can only imagine how how hot it could really get and how much of a health hazard that can be for a person.
