It is a long way to get there, I have pressed F7, else it did not worked.
All the devices are installed. Still i have some issues.
When i turn off the machine, i get the screen "you can now turn of the computer" and the machine does not power of automaticly ( i have to hold the on/off button for 4 sec)
Wireless adapter is installed and present but i finds no wireless networks. The wirelessbutton on the machine stays red and is not getting blue by pressing it (volume controle is working) ?

See old MS doc, here
Which version of BIOS are you using? Press fn+esc if you had installed HP Quick Launch Button software, or enter your BIOS.
Here all listed BIOS for your model, are you running the latest one? F15.
I dont know either it would solve ACPI issue, try running this driver, it is originated for Business model with latest AMD platform.
For wireless, maybe it was not compatible with yours, try uninstall the driver reboot and use the one in XP downgrade guide,
Atheros Wireless driver, here

the two issues still remain.
With the ACPI problem i can live with, but the wirreles option i need in this machine.
If there is no solution for this i have to buy a USB wifi adapter.
Thanks for your help

The power issue is due to non- XP compatible BIOS. The F7 switch results in need to power off manually on some machines.
Try Atheros driver here
