HP625 on-screen display missing after OS reinstallation

Recently I performed a new installation for Windows 7 x64. Previously I had Windows 7 x86 which I completely wiped out. The problem is now my onscreen display is no longer working.ie. no volume adjustment display, no brightness adjustment display, no bluetooth on/off or wifi on/off, no display indicating when I connect a projector or when I use extended screens.etc. can someone please help me on how I can get this software again on my machine. I've tried looking for it everywhere on the internet. Any help in this regard is much appreciated.

Hie Paul, thanks for the quick reply. I've done what you suggested but the system is now giving me an HP 630 display. Or can I copy the HP files from an  HP 620 into my Program files then run the driver again? I'm not sure now.

What do you mean by copying the HP files from a 620 into your program files and runing again?

I didn't realize the application would be so specific as to model.

Before you do that, perhaps you will want to uninstall that application and try this one.

Sorry that none of those worked.

I don't have any other ideas for you to try.  If what you are getting is no good for you, then I guess your only option is to uninstall the software.

Yeah!! Got the solution, all that was required was to install hotkey support particular to the HP625 and other related models. To install, use the following link:  HP Hotkey Support
