Hi Ricardo,

 

I am still looking forward to some feedback/advice. Please let me know if you need more info from me. Or do you know if HP is supporting this upgrade? Can I call HP for assistance? If so, do you know the phone number?

My antivirus was causing problems in internet explorer, i shut it down, problems went away, i use webroot

Thanks Ronnt  but my issues are with Windows "File" Explorer and, again, if anyone has any advice I am still looking for some - Thanks
