How do I change the registration

I purchased the display model, and it was already registered in the store.   I already changed the user id for the logon.   But, when I go into Cisc C/Users   it comes up as not me.   How do I change this?

You need to contact HP and register your purchase with them directly, you will need a copy of the sales receipt, product number and serial number

 

Sometimes demo models have only the warranty that is left from the initial registration,
