When you changed OS to Windows 7 did you do an Upgrade install or a clean install? Sounds like you may have done an Upgrade over Vista, in which case HP Quick Launch should be uninstalled first. At this point,you may have to reinstall Windows 7 using the clean install method.

how do i do it thoso do i have to refactorise or is there another step for this claen install

You could also just Recover to factory settings, uninstall HP Quick Launch and then do the Upgrade install again.

Hi i did a complete clean install of windows 7 and to no avail the HP Quick Launch button is not workind and still says keyboard filter doesnt have a driver installed

Hi Refactorised and Quick Launch is fixed altho i get this error message when installing HP 3D Drive Guard

Hi all heres the method i used to fix my HP 3D Drive Guard issue it wasnt installing so i went into my Device manager and expanded system properties then clicked on HP Mobile data protection Sensor and hurray after all fone calls to HP and not fixed i took a punt and a good one to and selected rollback driver then went into my sws setup in c:/ and found HP 3D Drive Guard installed it completed no errors and restarted and now its fixed try this as a solution if your got the same prob as me
