I have a latptop dv6500 running Vista Business. The Recovery system included in the computer fails. I ordered the recovry CD but it keeps faiiling. I re-installed it and removed it several times. I wasted my time.
Anybody please could advice me what to do, how can I recover that S...laptop. Or should just give up throw it away and buy another brand of computer. Since HP doesn't even give advices or nothing. to help who we're having problems with it.
Thanks in advance
Louis

Hello,
Have you tried using the F11 function when starting the computer to access the recovery option or did you try the to recover from the desktop partition? I have also included some documentation that may be helpful.
