Yes, I already read about that. I think I let it run already plenty of time. How much time it is supposed to be stuck on 12%? I am not going to use HP-recovery product unless someone can guarrantee the exact amount time after which it moves to 13%. The light indicator on the hard drive was showing during the 12% stage no activity, the only blinks were the ones from periodical checkups.
