I have a Dell COMPAQ that I need to reset to factory spec.
Part Number: ds3OU/P3OC/4Obnc?512F/4US
Serial Number: USW/43902TQ
operating system Windows XP PRO 32 bits
Changes: New Hard Drive, Upgrade to memory

Hi,
There is no such Dell Compaq machine. You've got new HDD, unless you have Recovery disc set, no way you can restore back using new HDD. You may try this site to order new set:
