Hp G4 1200tx freezing Since i Buyed.

I have new HP G4 laptop, and its freezing from the time i have buyed this. I have buyed this from collecting my pocket money since 2008. While writhing this i am so sad and dissapointed. I have called support center and care more than 50 times but they have never given me proper guidence to fix this problem. Any way i have invested a sum of 38000.00INR and hp is not taking responce. Now i am helpless and i can never go for hp in future. 

If anyone can fix my problem then i will be thankful to him/her.

what exactly is your problem. we need details of what the error is and the p/n number thats located on the botton of the laptop
