Hp Pavilion Dv6 Problems.

hello, I bought Last year an Hp pavilion dv6 AMD A8.  I'm facing some problems.The startup is really Slow.I'm trying to make the Tune up But the Disk Defragment Takes more than 12hs and doesn't finish.All MY internet browser are freezing

It's really BAD

Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your hdd.

I made a diagnostic but the issue is still remaining.

Download the free version of MalwareBytes. Install it, let it update then do a full scan with it.

Ok the Scan Is Done. The result is : 14 issues detected I deleted the 14 but the Issue still remaining

Do you have a lot of apps starting up with Windows that aren't really needed-until/unless you actually use them? One of the below articles may be of help.

If all else fails it may be time to consider backing up your files and doing a System Recovery to get a fresh start with a factory reset.

I prefere restoring Pavilion DV6 to factory settings what are the steps that I have to make.
P.S: About 1month I made recovery CDs (3 CDs) are these the back up of my file or no?

HP Recovery Disks do not make a backup of your files. They restore the laptop to as new.

hello, i want to tell you about the prob. that i'm facing recently.
When my computer starts a message box appears "Server Busy
the action could not be completed because the other program is busy. Choose Switch to to activate the busy prog. and correct the problem" & my pc is really slow and it takes too much time to start up & the google chrome is slow too. While using it a message box appears Skype call stopped and my browser freeze so what are the solutions pls
