I Want to remove all security features from my probook

I need some help removing the following:

1. HP Protect Tools: I like the biometrics login screen but once windows is loaded, i dont need that anymore. Can it be disabled? If not, how can i remove it?

2. What is the Digital Persona process running on the background? Can i remove that?

3. Intel Graphics and ATI Radeon graphics: Do i need both?

I have a ProBook 4530s with Windows 7 Pro x64

Hey, Panagiotis. The Digital Persona software is related to the fingerprint reader. You can uninstall it, but then the fingerprint reader would no longer work. The Intel/ATI graphics software are needed. One controls the video card, the other controls your on-board GPU.

Problem is, my pc is very slow. I have a Pentium4 with 2GB RAM that runs faster than my core i5-8GB RAM probook!

Why is that?

I have windows 7 OEM on my probook and windows 7 Retail on my pentium4 pc.

If I change to windows 7 retail, will it be faster?
