Hello arturomv:
I am going to try guide you through this to enable bing bar. Click on tools go down the list and click on managed add ons when next screen appears on right side select search providers Now you will see Bing's icon select and check mark box Prevent programs for suggesting changes to my search providers. Click on default and close.
Now for the printer. They do not recommend us not using smart print any more. To ennable it click tools select manage add ons this time we are going to select tool bars and extension go down this list you will see Hewlett Packer Company listed. Here you will find HP Smart Printing select it enable it.
I do not know if your printer has this or not but this replaced HP Smart Printing. It is called HP ePrint Center If your printer has it it will becfound in HP Sulution Center click on home icon you will see it on the right side.
Here is a link to website. https://h30495.www3.hp.com/c/45333/US/en/?jumpid=i

Thank you very much for your information. I followed every step but unfortunately Nothing happened
I think the problem is with the 64bit that my computer has. It is not the first time I encounter problems
My printer is an HP 4200 and it does not have the app you mention.
Once again Thank a million for your cooperation

Hmm I see. My Touchsmart 600-1050 came with two Ineternet Explorer one is32 and the other one is 64 bit. Now on my 64 bit Internet Explorer nothing works on it. So this explains everything then concerning add on. How would you like to try another Internet Browser. Fire fox is a good one http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ Sarfri is another http://www.apple.com/safari/ You choose and I will help you enable your add ons. How does that sound champ? I have these already installed. They come in handy specially when inter acting with web-sites. No freeze up. Not like we have using Internet Explorer 8 and 9 for get it. Iternet Explorer 9 wont even connect to websites. Totally useless. Let me know ok. frrw

I have firefox installed and I use it occsionally as a back up. Just for your information I have an old and slow desktop with windows xp internet explorer 8 which I don't use it I tried to install the bing bar and activate the smart print and BINGO it worked
My opinion is: windows Vista is garbage. Internet explorer is garbage and together wit 64 bit is super garbage
I will try firefox as you said. Do I have to uninstall the bing bar that I had downloaded and did not work and then, when I get into firefox start from cero again?

Hello arturomv:
That's great smart print is now working on Internet Explorer 8. Firefox already has bing search bar already installed. Everything that Internet Explorer has it will have it as well. Now Firefox will tell you what tool bar or extensions are not compatible HP Smart Print is one. You finely haveHp smart print working on Internet Explorer 8.
Enabling and moving it up the list in Firefox it is already enable . Do you see the short search box on right click on triangle that is next to search icon. Most likely it is googles icon. Select Bings Icon. Below icons is managed search engines click that and move Bing on the top. Now bing is now your search engine on Fire fox. To bring up Bing search page click on search icon far right search box. Fire fox has it own printing software. Click on file and select print set up.
I agree with you 100% XP Windows are great easier to work with less headaches. Windows 7 you have to find ways to work around the bugs it has. You are welcome it was a pleasure helping you. frrw
