I have MS Office Professional Plus 21010, but new computer will not accept my Product Key.

Why can't I use my MS Office Professional Plus 2010 Product Key  to upgrade  MS Office  Starter?

Upgrade keys are different than full office install keys.

 

You don't have the install media for 2010 pro plus?

 

Not sure if this free trial will activate with your key or not.
