I have a HP G70 and after installing some software updates yesterday, I cannot get it to boot up.

I have a HP G70 laptop and I cannot seem to boot it up. I installed some new microsoft updates yesterday, and now It won,t boot up. I tried all the steps in the safe mode and it keeps  going back to repair computer or start up normally, but it will not do either one. I was wandering if anyone knew how to boot this thing up.
