Internet Explorer 7 Freezes Very Often?

Internet EXplorer Keeps Freezing in Pavilion dv4 1123 us with Windows Vista Home Premium. It would freeze whenever I enter pages on internet.

You should reset IE7, then upgrade to IE8. Follow the instructions below, then install IE8 from this link.
Reset Internet Explorer (7 & 8)
Method 1
You can run a fix from Microsoft that will automatically reset your Internet Explorer settings. (Click here for more information)
Method 2
- Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER: inetcpl.cpl
- If you can't find start search, find Internet Explorer at the top of the start menu...then right-click on it and select "Internet Properties."
- The Internet Options dialog box appears.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
- When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
- Start Internet Explorer again.
