Issues after Win 7 install

Can I ask a silly question about the keyboard short cuts?

I just loaded windows 7 ultimate, I am having a few issues, I should of just paid best buy to do this!

One is my keyboard, the mouse just skips all over the place now. Do you have any idea why that would happen?

Also my web is missing as well as my Media Smart package that was included with Vista Home Premium.

Ughh I am lost

Any ideas would be helpful

Have you installed drivers from your models page? MediaSmart software should be there,too. For more help please_post your full model number.  Locating Model Number
