I have not been able to download and corrrect the software for my J4680 All-in-one. I keep geting the message that I have a program on my computer that can not be eliminated. I have tried system restore and everything that I can think of. I can not find the solution to this on HP.com and need to have someone tell me what to do. I can not believe that HP will sell a system which can not be dowloaded and corrected.

Re: J4680

Try downloading the driver from this page, click the Software and Driver Download icon.

Re: J4680

The problem is not being able to download  the program. The problem is when you try to install it, it will not "override" the existing program. That is the problem. I cannot get anyone from HP to give me a solution.

Re: J4680

I tried that. The program will not completly get off the machine. That is why the new download will not load. Becasue of the old program. HP should not have something like this in their software.

Re: J4680

The other bad part is that evrytime that I start my computer, it tries repeatedly to load photoessentials (the bad program) which drives me crazy.

Re: J4680

HP should not allow this to happen.
