Ever since I acquired this laptop PC a pop-up window comes up every 10 minutes asking if I want to buy the HP extended Service Plan. Saying yes or no does not stop the pop-up window from recurring. Or you can close the window, but a few minutes later it pops up again. How do you permanently kill this thing???
Model #: Pavillion tx1000;
OS: Vista.
Thanks for helping me get rid of this annoying problem!

Once you determine the process that is spawning it, you can run msconfig and turn it offf.
