Laptop keeps turning off and on by itself and lines through screen HP Pavilion dv6-3225dx

After using my laptop for awhile it just turns off and keeps trying to turn back on but wont after about 5 or 6 times of trying and sometimes when it turns back on there is lines through the screen.
