Login Error: Windows Security HResult 0x807FFFF on Pavilion DV7-4087CL Laptop

Hi, We have an HP Pavilion DV7-4087CL running Windows 7, 64 Bit, SP1.  When we try to log in using our other administrator account, which does not have a password, we get the following error:

Windows Security

HResult 0x807FFFF

[OK]

Well it's not "OK" and that is the only option available.  The other admin login still works, with both password and fingerprint ID (Thank goodness).  I'm afraid to delete this account for fear of losing data.  A side note: I just had to replace the hard drive on this machine and reinstall the OS and all programs...

 

Are there any fixes or bios errors?  Is it HP or Microsoft??
