Missing software for TouchSmart tx2-1015 - Quick Keys and multi-touch

Hello, I have a problem with my new laptop, my OS will not boot and because I had only just got my new notebook I did not create a backup DVD so that I could not restore it to factory settings. I had a copy of Vista, so I used the key on the notebook to reinstall and I have all the drivers downloaded and install from the HP website. I found the fingerprint software on a different notebook support page but I am missing the software for the quick keys (to rotate the screen) along with the driver and also the software for the multi-touch.   I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the quick keys and multi-touch software since it is not on HP website; otherwise I will have to buy a restore DVD from HP.

I'd just like to add that I have the same problem with my new TX2. Reinstalled it the first thing when I got it and now the only key on the screen itself that works is the wave symbol. Rotating the desktop doesn't work. Maybe we can set it as a hot key in ATI-panel somehow?

When you attempt to reinstall your OS, you should tap F11 while booting to enter the recovery manager, there you will find a partition that will restore all your settings and hp drivers. I am going to assume when you installed from your own copy of Vista you re-imaged the hard drive first, therefor your partition is gone. You need a set of recovery media from HP direct. They will run you $15-$30 depending on the shipping option and will resolve your issue.

Just got my laptop 2 weeks ago. and nothing works properly.

as already someone said. the only quick button that works - it's HP multimedia. settings button and rotate button is not working.

and multi touch is not working. only one finger touch! and that's it!!!! wtf?

but everething is installed. running Vista ultimate 64. and in settings everithing is enabled, and written that it's working, BUT it's NOT!

and the funny thing on HPwebsite drivers, nothing for multi touch.
