I recently upgraded my  dv7-1014ca to windows 7  prof., but when i try to install " Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Graphics Driver" but it shows "does not support."

You laptop has the optional NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics so you don't need the Mobile Intel driver.

I upgraded my HP Entertainment PC dv6 from Vista to Windows 7.  I have tried to upgrad Mobile Intel seris 4 chipset family driver & it will not install .  Have looked on the support page, but, can;t find anything to help me
