My HP 2000 Notebook PC (product # LW371UA#ABA) came up with the following message on 1/26/12 - "Hard Disk not Exist"; Boot Device not found (3FO). It is installed with Windows 7 Home Premium and has worked fine until this message occured. The only new software that was installed was Microsoft Word but that was installed in Nov 2011. The warranty start date is 8/3/2011, and we purchased it through Walmart Online.
Please instruct us on what to do next and more if we can save the files on the hard drive.
Thanks.
