My Webcam For My Compaq Presario CQ62-228DX Windows 7 Isnt Working. I bought it roughly 5-4 Months ago from Bestbuy. It was on display for an unknown period of time and Geeksquad set it back to factory condition right before we bought it. It has never worked since I got it, It is a CyberLink webcam and when I click on it it brings up a tab that says "No webcam detected. Try plugging in a webcam in now, if you have an integrated webcam make sure it is turned on." When I go to Device manager And go down to 'Sounds, Video and game controllers' I see 'Cyberlink Webcam Virtual Driver' and when I check for driver updates it says that it is up to date. And when I try to use it on Windows Live Messenger it is just black. I dont know what to do! Help!
