Need a recovery disk

I follow directions, but when i get to the page of dowloads, there is no "media recovery" selection available.  I have Vista, so it is not out of date [xp, nt], I have a Pavillion and have my product number, serial and so forth.  I really need the vista recovery disk. How do I get one?

Please note: You might be charged a minimal fee for ordering the discs if your product is out of warranty.
