Need an install program to instal an HP Officejet J6480?

Old computer died and upgraded to a new Dell Latitude with Windows 7 operating system.  Attempted to install HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One printer.  I did not realize that my install CD did not include Windows 7.  I was hoping that there is a download that will allow me to install the J6480 on my computer.
